After a long day at the lake, the sun has set and it is now dusk. Twilight time has begun. As the family looks out at the lake, they see the way the twilight changes the color of the water and the ripples and reflections on it. They think of the fun time they had today. Just being together and playing together was great. On the left a couple of the children are overtired and are a bit wired. Mom reaches out to them to help them to settle down. Those in the middle are giggling and talking about the games they won today. On the right, Dad starts to gather the clan. It is time to go home.
I love the earthy colors set off by the pale and brilliant blues. The expressions are so descriptive! ?
